This website uses no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party cookies. Pages are served as static files; we do not build profiles of visitors.
The contact form
If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you type — your name, email, practice name, and message — and use it solely to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include patient information or any protected health information (PHI) in the form; it is for business contact only.
Job applications
If you apply for a role through our careers page, we receive what you submit — your name, email, résumé or LinkedIn profile, and your answers — and use it only to evaluate your application and contact you about it. Applications are stored with our form provider, Netlify, and emailed to our hiring inbox. We keep them for six months and then delete them. To have your application deleted sooner, email careers@stackfloss.com.
Client engagements and PHI
When StackFloss works with a dental practice as a client, any handling of protected health information is governed by a Business Associate Agreement and the safeguards it requires — not by this website policy. This site itself neither collects nor stores PHI.
