Pricing

No package deals. Every engagement starts with your actual bottleneck.

There's no self-serve price list here, on purpose. What a practice needs automated first — and what that's worth — depends on your stack, your ticket volume, and where your team is actually losing hours. You get a written price before any work begins, every time.

How We Work

Three steps, before you spend a dollar

Every engagement follows the same path — see where the time is going, agree on a price in writing, then prove it works before talking about what's next.

01

Free Practice Assessment

We look at your current stack, ticket volume, and reporting for signs of where time is leaking. No cost, no obligation, and no automation recommended that we wouldn't run in our own front office.

02

Scoped Proposal

You get a written scope and a firm price before any work starts — either a fixed fee for a single, well-defined automation, or a monthly retainer if there's an ongoing roadmap worth committing to.

03

Build & Prove It

We ship the first automation, measure the hours it actually gives back, and only then talk about what's next. Nothing gets built on a hunch.

Two ways to engage

One-off project, or ongoing retainer — priced to match the work.

One-off project. A fixed price agreed upfront for a single, clearly scoped automation — one workflow, one integration, one bottleneck. The right fit when you already know exactly what's costing you time.

Monthly retainer. Dedicated hours against an ongoing roadmap, priced to the commitment, with a shared plan of what's in progress and what's next. The right fit once the first project has proven out and there's a backlog worth working through.
